Charisma-Tec GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager for process plant construction in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment, based in Bremen. The role manages projects from tender through commissioning and handover, develops process engineering concepts, coordinates customers and suppliers, monitors costs, quality, and deadlines, supports assembly and acceptance, and helps retain and acquire new projects. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of plant construction experience, knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, independent project-management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and willingness to travel.
