Description
Büchner Projekt & Management GmbH is hiring a Project Manager for construction-site supervision in technical building services in the Stuttgart area. The role manages projects and on-site supervision under HOAI service phase 8, possibly also phases 6–7, and is responsible for monitoring progress, cost, quality, and schedule; executing projects independently; supervising subcontractors; conducting inspections and handovers; and reviewing measurements, change orders, and invoices. Candidates need professional experience in project management, site supervision, construction management, electrical engineering, or building services engineering, along with German language skills, a Class B driver's license, and digital working experience. The position offers flexible working hours, a site office, and permanent employment.
