The role independently manages technically demanding construction projects, provides technical leadership, coordinates subcontractors and authorities, oversees project controlling, and manages tendering and subcontractor services. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification, several years of energy infrastructure project or construction experience, and strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
