The client is hiring a Project Manager for bridge construction in Cologne, with readiness to travel to Duisburg. The role oversees the planning, control, and cost-effective execution of bridge and structural engineering projects; leads project teams and coordinates internal and external stakeholders; manages subcontractors; monitors quality, deadlines, and costs; ensures compliance with technical, commercial, and legal requirements; and coordinates with authorities, consultants, and clients. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of project management or site/works supervision experience, knowledge of project execution, estimating, tendering, and contract awarding, and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
