Description
The employer is seeking a full-time Project Manager (m/w/d) for Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitation in the Cologne office. The role independently plans, manages, and delivers technically complex projects while monitoring cost, quality, and schedule; prepares and reviews offers; handles billing and change orders; rectifies defects and prepares documentation; and negotiates procurement with subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates need further training as a master craftsman or technician in building technology or a comparable degree, several years of project-management experience in building technology, knowledge of DIN and VDI standards, and excellent German skills.
