Sigma Technologies is hiring a Project Manager - Make Ready Design to manage small to large-scale complex power utility projects from initiation through close-out. The role leads project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, risk mitigation, reporting, client relationships, change orders, invoicing, and post-project evaluations, while mentoring assistant project managers. It is fully remote, with new hires required for an initial two-week paid in-person orientation and training at the Perrysburg, Ohio office. Candidates need an H.S. diploma or equivalent, at least five years of relevant industry experience, and at least three years of project management experience; project management certification is preferred. The position requires regular travel, a valid driver's license, and availability during core work hours.
