The role manages customer support requests, project milestones, billing and expense records, customer communication, internal collaboration, and customer experience, while also identifying new deal opportunities. Candidates need English fluency, attention to detail, Agile experience, strong communication skills, and availability for evening work; Jira, Confluence, and financial markets knowledge are advantageous.
