Description
MP Materials is hiring a Project Manager, Manufacturing Operational Excellence to lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects across its Magnetics division. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain to reduce scrap, improve throughput and uptime, standardize processes, analyze manufacturing data, develop KPI dashboards, and sustain operational improvements. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least five years of manufacturing or operational excellence experience, with Six Sigma Black Belt certification and experience with data analytics tools preferred.
