Description
The Director of Project Management oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential custom homes. The role manages project schedules, manpower, materials, tools, reporting, safety, and workflow; leads electricians and helpers; installs electrical distribution and automation equipment; and coordinates change orders. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, advanced blueprint and NEC knowledge, OSHA familiarity, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding field work.
