Description
The role manages and administers mechanical construction projects from contract preparation through delivery, including material and manpower coordination, subcontractor administration, budgeting, cost estimating, quality control, design review, procurement, contractor oversight, and client relationship management. It requires a degree in construction science, construction management, or civil/mechanical engineering, or five or more years of directly related experience, along with construction knowledge, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and crisis-management skills.
