The client is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. The role oversees scheduling, budgets, cash flow, procurement, contracts, risk management, project coordination, commissioning, team leadership, client relationships, and business development. Candidates need substantial mechanical-construction project management experience, familiarity with commissioning and BIM, contract administration expertise, and strong safety and operational-excellence practices. The position offers a base salary of $130,000-$150,000, performance-based bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
