Dialectic Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to lead MEP design projects across retail, commercial, restaurant, industrial, healthcare, cannabis, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors. The role manages project direction, schedules, budgets, quality, client and subcontractor relationships, design coordination, forecasting, contracts, and internal teams, while also mentoring staff and developing additional business. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field, seven years of relevant MEP experience including at least three years of project management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri, with a hybrid arrangement of up to two days at home and three days in the office.
