Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead industrial, manufacturing, and data center construction projects in Mexico. The role oversees MEP systems, multidisciplinary teams, contractor performance, design reviews, on-site inspections, safety, risk management, commissioning, schedules, budgets, and client communications. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of construction project management experience, at least 5 years leading MEP design and construction, and fluency in English and Spanish. PMI certification, BIM, LEED, and large-scale Mexico project experience are preferred.
