RESPEC is hiring an experienced Project Manager - Mining to join its facilities engineering team in the Fairbanks, Alaska office. The role manages mining client projects across Alaska, including client engagement, budgets, schedules, reports, staff and subcontractor coordination, safety leadership, and delivery within schedule and budget. The position requires onsite and frequent travel, including overnight trips and remote Alaskan destinations, and involves supporting business development and client relationships. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of progressively responsible experience, strong mining and project-planning skills, leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license are required; professional engineering licensure or PMP certification is preferred.
