Description
Singleton Construction is hiring a Project Manager – Multi-Site Programs to lead client programs and project teams across multiple locations in national and regional rollout, specialty retail, remodel, and refresh construction. The role owns estimating and pre-construction through closeout, manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, quality, safety, and client relationships, develops repeatable processes and pricing, and coaches project managers, coordinators, superintendents, and field resources. Candidates should have at least five years of commercial construction project management experience, with multi-site, rollout, specialty retail, or national account experience preferred. The role is based near the Lancaster, Ohio office and may be hybrid or out-of-state with regular travel.
