ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring a Project Manager for its Multi-Family team in Chicago. The role leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinates clients, designers, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, contracts, and site logistics, and manages performance and billing. Candidates need a BS in Engineering or a related field and 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience; experience with ground-up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment projects is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $84,000–$135,000, performance-based bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
