Carmel Partners is hiring a Project Manager for the Marina Shores multifamily development in Long Beach, California. The role supports the Regional Lead of Construction by managing project schedules, budgets, job-cost forecasting, approvals, deliveries, inspections, contractor and vendor coordination, and project closeout. The manager will also lead an internal team of Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents and coordinate with onsite teams, third-party groups, and corporate departments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, 8–10+ years of construction or related experience, 5–7+ years of multifamily construction project management experience, wrap-and-podium construction experience, technical expertise in geotechnical, environmental, utility, and deepened-foundation risks, Microsoft Project knowledge, OSHA 30-hour certification, and current First Aid and CPR training. The base compensation is $150,000 to $190,000, with a bonus incentive, and visa sponsorship is not available.
