The role manages infrastructure projects for municipalities and school districts, including roads, utilities, public buildings, recreational facilities, and land-use applications. Responsibilities include client management, engineering design, feasibility analysis, regulatory compliance, public reporting, environmental risk management, and coordination with construction inspection staff. The position requires a civil engineering bachelor's degree, a PE license, strong communication and organizational skills, CAD knowledge, and 10–15 years of experience; municipal engineering experience is preferred but not required. The salary is $92,000–$151,800 annually, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.
