Description
The Project Manager will oversee multifamily construction projects from permits through final certificate of occupancy and turnover, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, personnel, utilities, design teams, permits, inspections, schedules, budgets, and quality. The role also supervises the superintendent, manages change requests and submittals, prepares progress reports, and resolves project issues. The position requires at least four years of multifamily apartment construction experience, familiarity with wood-frame construction, and the ability to supervise multiple projects; a construction or architectural degree is a plus. Travel is required 25%.
