Description
The Project Manager – New Product Development leads end-to-end cross-functional product development projects for manufactured finished goods, including faucets and showers. The role owns project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, resource planning, stage-gate reviews, approvals, releases, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on successful product launches and market introductions. It requires at least five years of new product development project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, strong project management and analytical skills, and 35% travel including international travel.
