Chemring Energetic Devices is hiring an NPD Project Manager (Engineering) in Downers Grove, Illinois, to lead new product development projects from inception through completion. The role manages scope, schedules, costs, risks, reporting, resources, and cross-functional collaboration while applying earned value management, AS-9004, systems engineering, and rigorous engineering principles. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, current PMP certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months, and at least five years of progressive project management experience in the aerospace or military industry.
