Description
The Project Manager will lead residential structural engineering projects from concept through completion, combining technical design and documentation with project management and client communication. Responsibilities include developing structural designs, preparing construction documents and specifications, reviewing drawings and shop drawings, conducting calculations, managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining schedules, preparing proposals and pricing, and mentoring Project Engineers. The role requires a civil or architectural engineering degree or equivalent college credits, knowledge of residential structural systems, AutoCAD proficiency, and project management experience.
