Description
Avon is hiring a Project Manager to support New Product Development, change management, product claims, process improvement, and visual brand initiatives across North American Avon and Retail channels. The role manages project timelines and Smartsheet dashboards, coordinates cross-functional activities across marketing, R&D, sourcing, planning, creative, quality assurance, supply chain, and suppliers, monitors risks and milestones, leads project meetings, resolves issues, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of project management experience, beauty or consumer packaged goods experience, Smartsheet proficiency, and strong communication and leadership skills. The position offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, with a salary range of $110,000–$120,000.
