Description
The Project Manager - Onboarding will coordinate customer onboarding and project delivery for RayaSERVICE, from kickoff through supply start, hypercare, and handover to existing-customer management. The role includes technical onboarding such as VPN and interface configuration, coordination with IT, Medical Operations, Product, external service providers, and authorities, and tracking KPIs and OKRs. It requires several years of project-management, customer onboarding, or customer-success experience, stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with Jira or similar tools; the position offers flexible working hours, part-time options, and work from home or Munich.
