The role coordinates Product Development, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams; tracks milestones, regulatory approvals, production and launch timelines, risks, and project status; and optimizes project management processes using Monday.com. Candidates should have 3–5 years of project management or delivery experience in FMCG, ideally in a product development or innovation-led function, along with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
