The role coordinates clients, internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors; supports budgeting, procurement, RFP/RFQ, scheduling, cost, risk, safety, quality, and reporting; and collaborates with engineering and development teams. It requires 10+ years of management experience in construction project management, general contracting, or building-services subcontracting, along with expertise in architectural, electrical, or mechanical systems and professional Japanese proficiency.
