Turner & Townsend is hiring an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from Abilene, Texas. The role manages the master project schedule and budget, supports contractor prequalification and contract negotiation, coordinates design and authority approvals, oversees cost and change control, monitors cash flow and project documents, manages owner-direct vendors and consultants, and leads substantial and final completion. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering, solid MEP construction management experience, at least five years of related experience, and current United States work authorization without visa sponsorship.
