Description
The Project Manager serves as the central contact between customers and skilled workers, guiding projects from quoting and design through execution in the workshop and at customer sites. The role involves designing custom machines and structures in 3D and 2D, optimizing machines, coordinating with colleagues, and following designs through to completion. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent experience, initial project-management experience, preferably in the food industry, and a commercial, critical-thinking mindset. The position offers a 39-hour workweek, flexible hours, a possible permanent contract, and a co-shareholder opportunity after six months.
