Description
The Project Manager, Pilot Programs leads the end-to-end planning, execution, validation, and launch of new manufacturing pilot programs. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, purchasing, and production; manages schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and project documentation; supports equipment installation, process validation, training, and readiness; and transitions successful pilots into full-scale manufacturing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business, or a related field, 5–9 years of experience including automotive industry experience, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PFMEA, and project management tools.
