Qualcomm France S.A.R.L. is hiring an OSTT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, reporting, and portfolio management of strategic open-source initiatives across Linux kernel upstreaming, Open Boot, Zephyr, Linux distributions, testing infrastructure, LAVA, and KernelCI. The role coordinates engineering, product, and geographically distributed teams; manages Jira-based roadmaps, backlogs, risks, KPIs, and executive reports; supports upstream open-source communities; and improves project management practices. The position requires strong program management, technical acumen, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder leadership skills, with a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management or related experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations.
