REHATEC is hiring a Project Manager for Technical Building Services to independently manage and coordinate complex projects covering heating, ventilation, cooling, plumbing/sanitary services, and control technology. The role spans planning, procurement, cost estimation, proposals, contract negotiations, supplier and subcontractor selection, commissioning, quality and cost control, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and project documentation. Candidates need a relevant engineering or comparable qualification, several years of project management experience, strong German language skills, PC and planning software proficiency, and a class B driver’s license.
