The role independently manages projects, owns commercial and technical responsibilities, leads teams, prepares proposals, conducts negotiations, manages claims, supports customers, and coordinates with internal and external teams. Candidates need higher technical education, several years of similar professional experience, leadership and customer-oriented skills, and preferably CAD, technical project management, and operating-data-recording competencies.
