ISN Corp is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager to oversee a multidisciplinary workforce performing facility maintenance across dormitories, commercial kitchens, offices, classrooms, sports fields, and related mechanical, furniture, fixture, and equipment systems. The role includes emergency response within two hours, federal government contract operations, stakeholder coordination, personnel management, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, compliance, and contract and task-order performance. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant project management or engineering management experience, federal contract knowledge, strong communication skills, US citizenship, and a background check; a federal commercial-property contract experience is preferred. The position requires either a four-year engineering degree or an alternative combination of commercial property and facility-related experience.
