The role involves client and stakeholder management, tendering, contract negotiations, technical and commercial project oversight, coordination across business areas, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting site and field activities. Applicants should have a degree in electrical or energy engineering, recent energy-sector project management experience, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, client-facing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, and Norwegian and English language skills. The position is based in Norway and offers flexible working conditions, including the possibility of remote work or home office.
