Turner & Townsend Heery is hiring a Project Manager/Pre-Construction Manager for a large seismic retrofit project in Los Angeles. The role supports the development and planning phases of a high-rise building project, coordinating site due diligence, CMAR procurement, construction readiness, permitting, constructability reviews, cost modeling, environmental documentation, move management, site logistics, utilities, FF&E planning, and QA/QC. The position requires public-sector experience, a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, extensive owner’s representative project management experience, experience with large steel high-rise and occupied renovation projects, and knowledge of hazardous material abatement and delivery methods. The full-time role pays $150,000–$180,000 per year in base salary.
