Description
Apex Clean Energy is hiring a Project Manager, Preconstruction to manage the early- to late-stage preconstruction phases of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role reports to the Director of Preconstruction and covers project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication, EPC RFP coordination, interconnection milestone management, constructability reviews, risk analysis, change management, and project controls. The position is based at Apex’s headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia, requires at least five years of related engineering or project management experience, and involves 20–30% travel and physical work in fields and uneven terrain.
