Description
NXP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex process technology development and transfer projects in collaboration with semiconductor foundries and internal engineering teams. The role manages work packages from concept through qualification and release, controls scope, schedule, cost, and technical deliverables, coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders, mitigates technical and organizational risks, and improves project management practices. The position requires strong semiconductor process technology knowledge, communication, stakeholder management, and a structured, proactive approach; an MSc or PhD in a relevant field and at least five years of semiconductor project management experience are preferred.
