Description
The New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager leads end-to-end execution of new product development programs from stage-gate evaluation through commercialization and launch. The role owns project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and launch readiness while coordinating Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Purchasing, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing. It requires influencing without authority, managing cross-functional dependencies, escalating issues, and maintaining project discipline. The position requires at least five years of cross-functional product development or engineering project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and PMP certification or completion within 18 months of hire.
