Description
Lely is hiring a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary product-development projects involving approximately 20 engineers. The role coordinates project plans, budgets, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and progress reporting while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of robot and agricultural-system improvements. The position requires a technical master's degree, at least five years of project-management experience, proven innovative product-development experience, Dutch and English proficiency, and IPMA certification or an equivalent qualification. It is based at Lely's Maassluis Campus with a hybrid work policy requiring at least three days per week on site.
