ProPharma is hiring a permanent Project Manager for its product lifecycle management group, based in Serbia, Croatia, or Bosnia. The role leads technology-transfer and other life-sciences projects from scoping through implementation, managing plans, stakeholders, risks, deliverables, communications, and project quality. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business, 5–10 years of life-sciences project management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and willingness to travel. The position supports remote work and may be hybrid for candidates near an office.
