The expertum Group is hiring a Project Manager for a client in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul sector in Hamburg. The role leads projects in infrastructure, production resource integration, and production optimization; analyzes and improves production and work processes using Lean and Industrial Engineering methods; develops production layouts and concepts; implements process improvements; monitors KPIs and quality standards; supports production departments across national and international sites; and accompanies change processes. The position requires a completed degree, several years of project-management and process or Lean experience, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
