TKDA is hiring a Project Manager / Professional Mechanical Engineer to lead multi-discipline heavy-industrial projects from conception through construction, covering facility design, demolition, balance-of-plant, and material-handling systems. The role combines project management, market development, client relations, proposal and presentation support, mechanical design, equipment sizing, calculations, drawings, specifications, and mentoring. It is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with a typical three-days-in-office, two-days-remote hybrid arrangement and 10–20% travel. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, professional engineering status, extensive industrial design and project-management experience, and a valid driver’s license; the Bloomington base salary range is $110,500–$135,000.
