CAI Software is hiring a remote Project Manager, Professional Services for its Graphic Communications business unit. The role manages the implementation and delivery of Graphic Communications ERP solutions for external customers, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder and customer relationship management, scope and change control, risk and issue management, post-implementation reviews, profitability and invoicing management, and PMO process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of relevant software-delivery, SaaS, and project management experience, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
