LogicMonitor is hiring a Project Manager in Professional Services for its Pune, India office. The role focuses on managing customer-facing implementation projects for software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, and digital operations engagements, coordinating timelines, resources, and milestones, maintaining project plans and artifacts, and working closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to deliver successful outcomes. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant project management experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, familiarity with collaboration and PM tools, and preferred exposure to AI/AIOps concepts and project management certifications.
