TKDA is hiring a Project Manager / Professional Structural Engineer to lead heavy-industrial plant, building, and site projects from conception through construction, covering technical, quality, and financial aspects. The role also supports market development, client relations, proposals, and presentations, while performing structural engineering work such as scoping requirements, leading design, verifying calculations, developing drawings and specifications, and mentoring junior engineers. The position is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with a typical three-days-in-office, two-days-remote hybrid arrangement and 10–20% travel.
