Sia Partners is seeking a Project Manager/Program Manager for a Global Banking Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end projects in Global Markets, with a strong understanding of Global Banking products and prior experience in Cash Management and Trade Finance. Responsibilities include managing overall project delivery, defining the Target Operating Model, establishing project execution structure, coordinating project status with stakeholders, facilitating working sessions, and taking accountability for complex project delivery to hard deadlines. The role requires influencing and managing key stakeholders, challenging the status quo, identifying risk exposures, and prioritizing work effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of working experience as a Banking Project Manager are required.
