MONTONI is hiring a Project Manager to report to the Director, Project Development and support the execution of construction projects. The role prepares technical estimates and bids, negotiates client contracts, validates technical documentation, develops proposals and preliminary schedules, coordinates project professionals, and communicates with clients. Candidates need at least five years of relevant building construction project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Architecture, bilingualism, strong estimating knowledge, and familiarity with MS Project, Procore, and AutoCAD.
