The Project Manager – Project Development will independently manage multiple development projects from initial concept through planning, permitting, and readiness for construction. The role coordinates architects, planners, authorities, municipalities, and other stakeholders; manages land-use and building-law procedures; and ensures quality, timelines, milestones, and project objectives. Applicants need a degree in architecture, urban or spatial planning, real estate development, or a comparable field, plus practical experience in project development, urban planning, or approval management, along with strong coordination, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
