TQ is hiring a Project Manager / Project Lead for electronics development in Durach in the Allgäu. The role leads the planning and implementation of demanding development projects for electronic assemblies and systems, coordinates interdisciplinary hardware, software, mechatronics, and test-equipment teams, manages quality, cost, deadlines, risks, and change management, and supports bid cost calculations and product approvals. Candidates need a relevant engineering or comparable degree, at least five years of electronics development project leadership experience, knowledge of SCRUM, KANBAN, and project management tools, strong communication and negotiation skills, and very good German and English.
