The role leads and controls retail fit-out projects, coordinating activities, designing solutions, managing completion, budgets, timelines, change management, technical deliverables, documentation, customer development, and communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. It requires a technical degree or training, retail fit-out knowledge, IT and CAD skills, English proficiency, customer communication ability, and willingness to travel.
